We are a faith-based, community-focused nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering formerly incarcerated individuals in Pittsburgh and its surrounding communities. At GLO Phoenix, we provide essential reentry services including transportation assistance and compassionate, community-based support.
Our signature Bus Pass Program helps reduce recidivism by providing returning citizens with immediate, reliable transportation — opening doors to employment interviews, treatment programs, and vital appointments. We plan to expand our offerings by incorporating additional social support services in the future.
