Mrs. Marie Upshur is the visionary founder of Greater Love Outreach, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization established in 1990, serving women in need. Over the years, the organization's mission expanded to offer city-wide help and support to anyone who needed it most. Today's reincarnation of Greater Love Outreach, GLO Phoenix, works closely to ensure Mrs. Marie Upshur's divinely inspirational dream continues to help the city of Pittsburgh and beyond.
