Greater Love Outreach Phoenix is a faith-based, community-centered nonprofit dedicated to supporting individuals returning from incarceration. We believe that everyone deserves dignity, compassion, and a fair chance to rebuild their lives. Our story began when founder Marie Upshur committed her life to serving others, navigating challenges. Today, we provide critical services, including transportation assistance and reentry support, driven by our mission to reduce recidivism and empower individuals to thrive.
