We are a faith-based, community-focused nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering formerly incarcerated individuals and supporting those facing serious hardships in our community in Pittsburgh, PA, and its surrounding communities. At GLO Phoenix, we provide essential reentry services, including transportation assistance and compassionate, community-based support.
Our signature Bus Pass Program helps reduce recidivism by providing returning citizens with immediate, reliable transportation — opening doors to employment interviews, treatment programs, and vital appointments. We plan to expand our offerings by incorporating additional social support services in the future.
